Green Chile Cook-Off Form

Autumn@Adams Our Earth-Our Valley/Tierra Nuestra-Nuestro Valle includes films, discussions, poetry, art, music, food, information, and an old-fashioned Hoedown with a sheep dog exhibition, chili cook-off, contests and more. Events are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted.

"Our Earth-Our Valley/Tierra Nuestra-Nuestro Valle" is dedicated to honoring and promoting the agricultural heritage of sustainable rural living in the San Luis Valley through inspiration and education.
